Your Grandmother's Buttons / 1

One thing we love about talking to our customers is hearing how so many have similar stories of digging through their grandmother's buttons. That's why we've asked you to share your story. What kind of memories do the buttons bring back for you? Do you have one treasured one or a huge collection?

This old tin of buttons is from one of our customers in California. The floral tin is filled with a collection of buttons from her mother and grandmother that spark a memory of digging through the buttons ask a kid. Our owner Susan Davis took a quick glimpse and could easily spot some special buttons: 1950's West German glass, 1940's crystal, 1920's bone underwear, and plenty of 1960's plastic.
