Kristy's Favorite Necklace - from the Sterling Collection

Kristy Small is our administrative assistant, working primarily in customer service and marketing.  She has the shortest commute we've ever seen:  she lives directly across the street from Grandmother's Buttons with her husband, two daughters age 17 and 11, and her mother-in-law, in a 100-year-old house that sits on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River.  She and Sharon, her mother-in-law, have a beautiful garden on the bluff, complete with lemon trees, vegetables and a flower cutting garden.

She's been part of the GB family for almost 5 years.  Kristy chose one of our deluxe antique buttons set in sterling as her favorite piece.

"From the moment I saw this particular brass and cut steel button set in sterling, I knew I had to have it!  I love the way the faceted cut steel sparkles and shines.  It catches the light so beautifully, with such fire, that it's hard to believe it's really more than 100 years old!
